Cornell
Cornell is a warm and engaging child with positive qualities. He is naturally quiet and reserved, but has no problem advocating for himself when he feels it’s important – demonstrating strong self-awareness and confidence. Once he engages in activities, he often becomes cheerful, helpful, and invested in what he’s doing. Cornell enjoys playing games, watching silly short videos, and participating in outdoor activities, especially sports. He is intelligent and does well in school, and he continues to grow with patience and support. A thoughtful and resilient child, his sense of humor, determination, and ability to form meaningful connections through shared experiences indicate positive potential for him to thrive in a stable, loving and permanent home.
Cornell needs a family that is consistent, patient and able to provide positive reinforcement. It’s important that his thoughts and feelings are heard and validated, especially when it comes to things he finds meaningful. Cornell would benefit most from being placed in a home rooted in cultural connection and understanding to give him a sense of belonging and security. Might you be the family for Cornell?
