Aamara

Aamara is an enthusiastic eight-year-old girl who may be little but has a big personality! She enjoys being around caring people, singing and playing with her baby dolls and toy balls. Aamara loves attending her school, playing outside and being active. Her love for socializing is evident during outings in the community. She is quick to greet those passing by with a loud, “Hey!” followed by laughing when they respond. Aamara likes to be in charge of choosing the activities she engages in, such as selecting which songs to listen to, finger play, looking at books and playing with toys. Aamara would do well as the youngest child in a home where she can receive individual attention, patience, consistency and love. Aamara is engaged in several therapies and thrives with consistent schedules, structure and routines. Aamara’s forever home should have therapeutic parenting skills and be accepting of providing extra support and advocacy for her academic, social, emotional, behavioral and developmental needs. Aamara does have siblings who she maintains contact with.
